PLEASE NOTE MY REQUESTOR CONDITIONS FOR BOX-O-BOOKS IS A 2 BOOK MINIMUM! This isn't written in stone, but I just cannot justify doing single book "box" swaps with the way the post office likes to keep increasing our postage costs. I figure that's why I have my credits. If you are looking for a single book from me, I might not approve the swap if you don't have anything I'm interested in. So best bets are to do a couple at least. ;P And on that note... LARGE BOX-O-BOOKS REQUESTS WELCOME!!! THE MORE THE BETTER! I love to trade LOTS of books and will NOT decline ANY swap of 10 or more books!!! Even if you don't have a lot I'm immediately interested in, I'll find something for later! But, I try to always find something on trades because I know how disappointing it can be to have someone reject a request. :( I also tend to rotate my books out when I have time. What this means is that I'll pull things off my shelf to donate to Goodwill if it's been sitting there for awhile. So if you see something you like, request it sooner than later is always a good idea! :) Please note that I consider good condition something that can have yellowing & "old book smell" from age, as well as the usual creases on spine and a few bends around the cover corners and the usual wear & fading a cover can get from being in and out of a shelf and/or box over the course of its life. Some of my books may also be discards from libraries and have stamps and or stickers on the cover. If I know that that I have a book that doesn't meet the guidelines (torn cover, water damage, etc.) I can leave those at my local OBCZ (official bookcrossing zone) and swap those with other book in like condition for reading. Or, they might end up as an extra bonus if I have extras on-hand when I'm sending something out. :D I also try to do book reviews of the info of the back of the book when I can. If I've done these, it's because there was no info on the book at the time I made the review. I've appreciated when other members have done this so I'm trying to do the same! :) For a little more info on me, please visit my profile at BookCrossing! http://www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/Daedelys ALL OF MY BOOKS ARE BOOKCROSSING LABELED!!! |
